I am come to you from the humblest of places: a human being on her own journey privileged to walk alongside others in theirs.  This is a responsibility I do not take lightly. I feel honored to be in this position. 

I am for you.

This is your invitation  get curious about your origin stories, relationship patterns, and coping skills. I offer a space for you to really take a closer look at yourself and to begin cultivating the life you truly desire. We are often told who we are. Then we exist in this. I want to help you realize your autonomy; I want to support you in creating whom you wish to be. In our time together, this is a safe place for you to put everything on the table. 

This will be a space for you to choose.
